Well, that walk was not fun at all. I’ve had Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot for what seems like forever. I’m still able to work out. Shin splints though? UGH. The pain started on the inside of my ankle a few days ago. I was riding my bike (my cruiser) downtown and I came to a stop sign and against all instinct actually stopped. Too bad I didn’t look before I put my right foot down. I ended up putting it in a ditch and kinda tweaked my ankle. oh, clumsy me. It feels fine most of the time. Well, I must’ve been walking funny when I did my 3 miles the other night cause now I have shin splints (splint?) in my right leg. I fine swimming yesterday and with the usual round of sit ups and pushups but when I went to do 3 miles tonight. PAIN! bad pain. I only did a mile and it must’ve looked great. so now I’m icing. and cursing. mostly icing.
Super psyched that tri is 16 days away. kill me now.
I was going to make this entry about procrastination, but I’ll do it tomorrow 🙂
